We will produce intense curricula that fosters growth and transformation and will require a number of verifying activities that ensure sincerity and authenticity. This curricula will be vetted by survivors of harm, as is every activity of Taming Trauma.
We will produce cognitive behavioral intervention books for people who have harmed, to ensure that they are willingly whole and practice the amends that Taming Trauma promotes.
We will promote Collaborative Policy Development meetings that involve people who have been harmed and people who have harmed to discuss public safety policy as they envision it. We believe their lived experience can offer great insight as to what does or does not work for them.
We will encourage and support "Community Healing Pods," that host healing seminars, trauma-informed care workshops, and trauma-sensitivity training sessions. We will also sponsor restorative justice training sessions as well as peer-instructed safe-space groups for healing circles. We will also promote book clubs in communities in hopes that these activities bring people together throughout the United States.
